• Stickersheets or Bookmark orders include free shipping and are sent in untracked letter mail unless a shipping upgrade is selected (domestic orders within Australia).

• All other orders are charged a standard AUD $9.00 flat shipping rate (domestic orders within Australia).

• We also ship internationally to most countries (fees subject to the destination).

• All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days (economy shipping).  We cannot guarantee transit times. Please upgrade your shipping if you need your order by a certain date.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Earrings
  Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. All earring purchases are final.

• Other Items
  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns may be accepted for non-hygiene items provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Damaged or Faulty Items
  If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact me if you need to cancel your order.

Yes. We do offer clip-on earrings, however they are “Made to Order” item, please allow extra 1 - 2 days for processing.
